# 원외 시험 입력 (베타)

## 1. 시험 결과 입력하기

기본메뉴 →  수업관리 →  **원외시험입력**

원외 시험 결과는 재원생 혹은 수업 예정인 학생을 대상으로 입력할 수 있어요

### 1) 개별 결과 직접 입력

1️⃣ \[**시험결과 개별 추가**] 버튼[^1]을 눌러 **입력행**이 추가되면 2️⃣ 개별 시험 결과를 입력할 수 있어요.

* **학생명 (학교, 학년)**: 시험 결과를 저장할 학생을 검색하고 선택합니다.
  * 학생을 선택하면 학교, 학년은 자동 입력 됩니다.
* **구분년월**: 결과 저장 후 시험 검색에 사용할 년월을 선택합니다.
  * 추가 시, 상단 검색 영역에 선택된 년월을 자동으로 가져옵니다.
  * 시험이 진행된 년월과 반드시 일치할 필요는 없어요.
* **과목, 시험명**: 시험 과목과 시험명을 입력합니다. 
  * 직접 입력하거나 목록에서 선택할 수 있어요.
    * 새로운 값이 입력되면 과목 목록에 추가됩니다.
* **점수, 등급**: 획득 점수 또는 등급을 입력합니다. 
  * 입력된 값이 없어도 저장할 수 있어요.

### 2) 결과 다중 추가하기

여러 학생을 선택해 한 번에 시험을 입력할 수 있어요.&#x20;

1. 우측 상단의 \[**시험결과 다중 추가**] 버튼을 눌러주세요
2. 검색 조건을 지정해 학생들을 검색합니다.
3. 검색된 학생 중, 시험 성적을 추가하고자 하는 학생을 체크해주세요.
4. 입력할 정보를 기입하고 아래의 \[추가] 버튼을 누르면
5. 학생들의 **점수 또는 등급**을 입력할 수 있는 목록이 만들어져요

점수 또는 등급을 입력하고 우측 상단의 \[**저장**] 버튼을 눌러 입력 결과를 최종 저장합니다.

### 3) 엑셀 파일 일괄 입력

\[<mark style="color:blue;">**일괄 입력 엑셀 양식 받기**</mark>] 를 눌러 학생 검색 후 입력에 필요한 구분년월, 시험명, 과목 정보를 입력 후 \[<mark style="color:green;">**엑셀**</mark>] 버튼을 눌러 점수와 등급을 입력할 수 있는 엑셀 파일을 내려받습니다.

엑셀 파일에 점수 및 등급을 입력하고 저장합니다. 파일 형식은 반드시 **엑셀 통합 문서** (`*.xlsx`)를 선택해서 진행해주셔야 해요.

\[엑셀 입력 성적 일괄 추가] 버튼을 눌러 2️⃣ 저장한 파일을 업로드 하면 입력 결과가 추가 됩니다.  \[**저장**]을 눌러 결과를 최종 저장할 수 있어요.

## 2. 학생별 원외 시험 조회

입력된 원외 시험 결과는 기본메뉴 → 학생관리 → 학생관리 메뉴의 **성적결과 탭**에서 년도별로 확인할 수 있어요.
