# 설문지 제작과 수정

## 진행 순서

새로운 설문지를 제작하는 순서입니다. 각 항목을 누르면 내용으로 이동합니다.

## 1. 입력 상태 전환

### 빈 값으로 시작하기

1. <mark style="color:blue;">\[추가]</mark> 버튼을 눌러 입력 준비 상태로 전환합니다.&#x20;
2. **제목&#x20;**<mark style="color:red;">**(필수)**</mark>
   * 설문 제목을 입력합니다.
3. **문항 수&#x20;**<mark style="color:red;">**(필수)**</mark>
   * 문항수 설정 후 <mark style="color:blue;">\[적용]</mark> 버튼을 클릭합니다. 하단 [설문 문항 입력란](#id-2)이 활성화되며 문항 세부 작성 폼이 노출됩니다. [설문 문항 입력으로→](#id-2)
4. **제출 기한&#x20;**<mark style="color:red;">**(필수)**</mark>
   * 설문 마감 기한 설정이 가능합니다.
5. **설문 URL**
   * 설문 제작 완료 시 자동으로 설문URL이 생성됩니다.
6. **로그인 필요**
   * 익명 설문 또는 실명 설문을 선택합니다.
7. **머리말**
   * 설문지에 상단에 설명 및 안내 문구 작성이 가능합니다.
8. **맺음말**
   * 설문지에 하단에 마무리 안내 문구 작성이 가능합니다.
9. **저장**
   * 설문작성이 완료되면 <mark style="color:blue;">\[저장</mark>] 버튼을 클릭합니다.

## 2.  설문 문항 입력

1. 문항의 질문 내용을 입력합니다.
2. 필수 입력 문항 여부 ✅: 체크 시 필수 응답 문항으로 설정됩니다. 미응답 시 설문 제출이 불가능합니다.
3. 답란 유형에 따라 문항 보기 개수와 형식(객관식/주관식)이 달라집니다.&#x20;
   1. 객관식 보기 2개(최소) \~ 객관식 보기 5개(최대): 개수에 따라 보기 개수가 조절됩니다.\
      \&#xNAN;**(문항 입력 4.로 이동)**
   2. 주관식 단답형/장문형 선택 시 질문의 내용만 입력하고 답변을 주관식으로 입력 받습니다.\
      \&#xNAN;**(문항 입력  완료)**

4. 보기 선택 가능 개수를 조절할 수 있습니다. 1&#xAC1C;**(최소)** \~ 보기 설정 개&#xC218;**(최대)**&#xAE4C;지 선택 가능
5. 문항에 대한 보기 내용을 입력합니다.
6. 직접 입력란 체크 시 객관식 문항에서도 추가적인 정보를 답변으로 받을 수 있습니다.\
   예) 기타: <mark style="color:red;">`직접 입력`</mark>
7. 순서 변경 버튼을 통해 순서 변경이 가능합니다.

## 3. 저장 및 수정

## 저장하기

* 설문 작성 완료 후 <mark style="color:blue;">\[저장]</mark> 버튼을 누르면 설문이 저장되며 설문URL이 자동 생성됩니다. [설문URL 링크 활용하기→](/macgai-manual/miscellaneous/form/share.md)

## 수정하기

설문지 목록에서 수정할 설문지를 선택합니다.

### 설문 응답 상태별 수정 가능 여부

1. 해당 설문에 중간 저장 또는 설문 제출 완료 대상이 있는 경우

   * 수정 불가 알럿 메시지가 노출되며 보기내용 입력칸이 비활성화 처리됩니다. (머리말과 맺음말은 수정 가능)

2. 중간 저장 또는 설문 제출 완료 대상이 없는 경우

   * 모든 문항의 수정이 가능합니다.
